You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical strategies that align with business objectives. Your experience in managing high-performing engineering teams is essential in achieving our goals.

Your role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure that development work is aligned with business needs. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong engineering culture, fostering innovation, promoting technical excellence, and encouraging continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor technical teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement technical strategies that align with business goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business needs
  • Build and maintain a strong engineering culture

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Expertise in mobile apps and technology
  • Experience in managing high-performing engineering teams
  • Strong knowledge of Android, Kotlin, iOS, Swift, Objective C, and working with MVVM, MVP, MVC patterns
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in building apps that have been released to the Play Store (Android) and App Store (iOS)
