Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for engineering and leadership? We are seeking an experienced Sr Manager of Engineering to lead our development teams in India.

The ideal candidate has a track record of creating a positive identity for engineering teams and defining how those teams work within a larger organization. You have mastered the ability to delegate tasks and assignments to your leaders, ICs, and ensure that the right results are achieved even without your constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and demonstrate technical expertise through hands-on involvement in key projects.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for team growth, talent acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet business objectives.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences through clear and concise language.

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of experience leading and managing software development teams.
  • Programming & domain experience with AdTech systems.
  • Experience in handling ADSDK and Client side apps.
  • Data platform experience, including file-based workflows for large data processing and storage.
  • 5+ years programming experience using Java, Python, JavaScript or other similar languages.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
