Director of Engineering - Product Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead our product engineering efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software development, a passion for innovation, and the ability to drive technical excellence across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise in product engineering to lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch.
  • Architect and design scalable software solutions that emphasize performance, reliability, and security.
  • Raise the bar for technical leadership by staying abreast of cutting-edge technologies and driving their adoption within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 16 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles (Engineering Manager, Director, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams across multiple geographies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, DevOps, and CI/CD.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, lean product development, and DevOps principles.
  • Experience working in top product companies, preferably in banking & financial services, AI-driven products, or enterprise SaaS.
