Job Overview

  • Manage customs clearances for imports and exports.
  • Monitor licenses and ensure timely renewals.
  • Process invoices and payments for suppliers.
  • Provide regular reports on activities.
  • Monitor CG, BLUT, and B17 Bond balances and maintain compliance.
  • Identify and implement debonding procedures for obsolete assets.
  • Maintain relationships with STPI, SEZ, and Central Excise officials.
  • Support expansion, new registrations, and license renewals.
  • Implement GL processes and monitor STPI/SEZ Compliance.
  • Lead site teams and provide training.

About the Role

  • Develop a client-specific training program.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and track outcomes.
  • Release newsletters to improve engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on STPI-SEZ policy changes.
  • Achieve financial targets and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, engineering, finance, economics, IT, law, management, mathematics, risk management, science, or statistics.
  2. Minimum six years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Subject-matter-expert in Special Economic Zone and Software Technology Park of India.
  4. Strong awareness of management principles and procedures.
  5. Well-organized approach to managing complex workloads.
  6. Ability to own, drive, and deliver results.
  7. Pragmatic problem solver with analytical skills.
  8. Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
