At Network People Services Technologies Ltd. (NPST- Banking and Payment Solutions), we're seeking a seasoned Presales Manager to drive the growth of our digital payments solutions.

We're a leading fintech company providing software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI industry. With over 10 years of experience, we've established ourselves as a trusted technology service provider and payment platform as a service.

We cater to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, aggregators, merchants, and consumers. Our product suite enables seamless digital payments, and we're committed to innovation in every byte.
Your Role
As a Presales Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Gaining a thorough understanding of our product portfolio, features, benefits, and applications.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify client needs, pain points, and business objectives.
- Preparing and delivering product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the client's requirements.
- Providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process.
- Conducting thorough needs analysis to understand the client's business processes and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assisting in the development of proposals, Tenders, RFP responses, and other sales-related documentation.
- Gathering and relaying client feedback to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
- Staying updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to provide insights for product enhancement.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with:
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A good understanding of the fintech industry segment and expertise in pre-sales.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solution architect role, preferably within the fintech/payments industry.
- Past experience in managing multiple assessments with a proven track record.
- Good knowledge of payment products like UPI, BBPS, IMPS, and Merchant Acquiring platforms.
- Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organizational goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
