Job Overview

This role is a great opportunity to work with our team and contribute to the success of our company. As an Experiential Fleet Operations Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our global experiential and event production fleet.

  • A strong technical background and proficiency in event technology, live streaming and broadcast technologies including IP based video, audio, control and lighting systems are essential for this role.

In addition to your technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are also required. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, then this could be the perfect job for you.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our global experiential and event production fleet.
  • Developing and executing proactive maintenance projects, configuring and documenting broadcast streaming and experiential & event technology infrastructure.
  • Resolving issues escalated from Tier 3 Incident/Response & Tier 2 Site Operations Teams.
  • Identifying patterns in technical issues escalated across the fleet and developing projects to deploy solutions globally.
  • Utilizing scripting to develop efficient methods to configure and deploy hardware and software infrastructures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong technical background and proficiency in event technology, live streaming and broadcast technologies including IP based video, audio, control and lighting systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Unix, Windows & Mac based operating systems.
  • Familiarity with enterprise level network switches & routers.
  • Knowledge of advanced signal flow for audio, video, lighting, network and control.
  • Ability to create detailed documentation & project proposals.
