Campervan Fleet Coordinator

Indie Campers is a go-to campervan marketplace on a mission to make road trips accessible to everyone.
With a strong focus on customer-centricity and a digital approach, we have developed a high-quality booking experience and a wide range of road trip possibilities.
Our team is growing, and we are looking for a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join us in our Reutlingen-Stuttgart location.
You will be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and taking ownership of all issues that need to be managed to guarantee smooth operation of the depot.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming reservations and coordinate team activities
- Organize and perform vehicle check-ins and check-outs
- Train, supervise, and coach your team
- Take care of the fleet, logistics, and maintenance of our campervans
- Control workforce planning and manage inventory
- Handle complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure operations run smoothly
- Experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car
- 1 year of experience in a team management lead supervisory role
- Fluency in German (preferable) and English (mandatory)
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a campervan
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
