We are seeking a skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Specialist to lead our integration projects.

As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and identifying integration risks and dependencies.

You will also lead regular integration status meetings, communicate updates to leadership, and ensure transparency in progress tracking.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of project management experience, with 3-5 years specifically in M&A or post-merger integration.

A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or a related field is required, and an MBA or equivalent is a plus.

The Integration Specialist should possess strong program/project management skills, excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

A solid understanding of business processes, systems integration, and change management is essential.

The successful candidate will have proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive integration project plans and timelines.

  • Drive cross-functional coordination across departments.

  • Identify integration risks, issues, and dependencies; establish mitigation strategies.

  • Lead regular integration status meetings.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operations, systems, and culture.

  • Align processes, systems, and teams while minimizing disruption.

  • Monitor synergy realization and track performance metrics and KPIs.

  • Support change management, communications, and cultural integration initiatives.

  • Manage due diligence and ensure successful planning and execution.

  • Ensure regulatory and compliance considerations are addressed throughout the integration process.

  • Experience in full lifecycle delivery of complex systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • High organizational agility with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.

  • Financial acumen to support synergy tracking and cost management.
