Job Title:

ServiceNow IT Operations Management Professional

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow ITOM modules, with a focus on leveraging the platform's capabilities to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, and Integration.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other technologies to streamline business processes and enhance data integrity.
  • Customize the Configuration Item (CI) database, manage CI classes and relationships, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct performance tuning, testing, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow modules to optimize their efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration principles.
  • Knowledge of Event Management, Service Mapping, and CI design best practices.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including integrations, authentication, and data exchange using JavaScript.
  • Good comprehension of ITIL processes and CI data models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CISITOM) are highly valued but not required.
