Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Area Sales Executive specializing in FMCG beverages for a full-time position with Reliance Retail. The successful candidate will drive sales initiatives, enhance product accessibility, and ensure superior shopping experiences within their designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the FMCG beverage sector, ensuring alignment with Reliance Retail's goals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand presence and loyalty.
  3. Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
  4. Oversee distribution management to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products, maintaining stock levels across locations.
  5. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns aimed at boosting product awareness and sales.
  6. Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback and strategic recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG beverage sector.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, aiming to exceed customer expectations and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Strong market analysis capabilities to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, thereby adapting strategies effectively.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to establish and maintain crucial partnerships with stakeholders and clients.
