Job Title: Business Development Professional
">Description:
">- Work closely with a global team of consultants and Fortune 100 clients to understand their vision and devise inorganic growth strategies.
- Gain exposure to work with global clients across various industries including Automotive, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Industrials, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Private Equity, etc.
- Develop corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies. Conduct commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screen potential M&A targets.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients by actively contributing to firm-building initiatives.
Requirements:
">- Keen interest in building a career in strategy and M&A consulting.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to conduct thorough market research on S&P CapIQ, IBISWorld, Merger Markets, Bloomberg, and other platforms.
- Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
- Enterprising and collaborative professional with the ability to work within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
">- Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses or boutique consulting firms is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from premier institutes globally or India.
Additional Competencies:
">- Sound understanding of business strategy, finance, and cross-industry exposure.
- Ability to interact with confidence and handle CEOs/CXOs/client executives independently.
- Exemplary communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
