We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead multiple projects as Assistant Manager – Growth. This role will drive sustainable growth, building high-impact operations from the ground up.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving business growth and possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Go-To-Market Strategy:
- Design and execute effective GTM plans for multiple projects.
- Define customer personas, market segmentation, and competitive differentiation to drive positioning and messaging.
- Webinars & Events for Growth Enablement:
- Plan, organize, and execute impactful webinars and events to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align events/webinars with business goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Own tracking and analysis of key performance metrics.
- Leverage insights to inform product enhancements, pricing strategy, GTM adjustments, and long-term planning.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in growth, strategy, revenue, or GTM roles, preferably in EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups.
Candidates must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as high ownership, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a structured approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking to drive business success.
