Project Management Role

  • Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget efficiently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Guarantee resource availability and allocation effectively.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress accurately.
  • Implement suitable verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Evaluate project performance using relevant systems, tools, and methodologies.
  • Utilize strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
  • Have hands-on experience with project management tools like Basecamp or Trello.
  • Prepare and escalate reports as necessary.
  • Nurture client and stakeholder relationships professionally.
  • Minimize project risks through effective risk management strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the IT sector.
  • Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
