Administrative Coordinator for I&D Operational Excellence

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the I&D Operational Excellence Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage access to common mailboxes and create lists of all common mailboxes for the I&D functions.
- Coordinate MS Teams and filing structures, records management, and SharePoint updates/upgrade/administration.
- Arrange travel arrangements, including flight booking, hotel, and vehicle arrangements, as well as passport renewal, visa, forex requisition and surrender, international roaming activation, and travel insurance.
- Understand business requirements and train team members, sourcing vendors with the help of the Procurement Team, creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders, and tracking finance-related activities.
- Support new employee onboarding and diverse projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Commerce degree.
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and service-oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
