Job Description
">- The primary function of this role is to identify and resolve technical errors related to DSL, NBN, PSTN, customer handling, and ISP services.
- Responsibilities include checking emails for voicemails and fault enquiries, responding to emails in a timely manner, and following up on faults lodged in previous days by checking tickets in Active Billing, Aspire, Frontier, Omega, and submitting faults once level 1 and/or 2 troubleshooting has been done.
- Liaising with phone technicians when any phone system issues arise is also a key responsibility.
