- Delve into a role where troubleshooting skills are essential to resolve customer issues.\
- Enhance your ability to respond promptly and effectively to emails.\
- Utilize ticketing systems like Active Billing, Aspire, Frontier, and Omega to track faults lodged in previous days.\
- Communicate with customers via phone calls or email updates if no answer is received, ensuring timely resolutions.\
- In the absence of updates on faults, collaborate with carriers to follow up or update tickets accordingly.\
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through email.\
- Keep customers informed about recent orders (if services have been ordered).\
- Manage customer calls, take messages as required, or transfer them to other staff members.\
- Submit fault reports once level 1 and/or 2 troubleshooting has been completed. DSL, NBN, and PSTN faults are common. Liaise with Phone technicians when phone system issues arise.\
