Faculty Position

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced educator to teach undergraduate students in Bachelor of Arts (BA) programs.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

The role involves:

  • Teaching BA program courses as per curriculum guidelines.
  • Preparing academic lesson plans, study material, and assignments.
  • Conducting lectures, tutorials, and interactive sessions.
  • Evaluating student performance through tests, assignments, and viva.
  • Guiding students in academic projects, research work, and seminars.
  • Participating in academic planning, curriculum development, and departmental meetings.
  • Mentoring and counseling students for academic and career development.
  • Engaging in research, publications, and faculty development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Curriculum Development: Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to engage students and ensure they meet learning objectives.
  • Student Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Research and Publications: Conduct research, publish papers, and present at conferences to contribute to the field.
  • Departmental Involvement: Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and departmental meetings to ensure alignment with institutional goals.

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree in a relevant subject with minimum 55% marks.
  • Preferrably NET/Ph.D. in the respective subject.
  • Minimum 2-15 years of teaching experience in higher education.
  • Strong subject knowledge and ability to engage students effectively.
