We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals in delivering exceptional servicing experiences to corporate clients. This includes handling all current account related queries and requests, as well as providing support on the digital adoption of our bank's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the opening of current accounts within stipulated timeframes.
  • Digitalize customer adoption of our bank's services, including support on activation.
  • Process signature additions/deletions, DD/PO issuances, and execute financial and non-financial current account transactions within defined deadlines.
  • Negotiate and resolve issues with customers (not more than 5%).
  • Ensure team training on our products and processes.
  • Handle complaints and investigations, resolving them within defined deadlines.
  • Maintain regular interaction with corporate clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A graduate or MBA degree.
  • An additional certificate course related to the banking sector.
