Staffing Solutions is a leading provider of staffing solutions, and we are currently seeking a Strategic Sales Manager to join our wood products team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the plywood and laminates segment.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales leadership within the plywood or laminates industry. Your strong negotiation and interpersonal skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the plywood and laminates industry. Additionally, your excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities will allow you to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the plywood and laminates segment.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team across assigned locations, ensuring alignment with sales goals and company values.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance metrics to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the plywood and laminates industry.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales leadership within the plywood or laminates industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
