About the Role:

  • Become a product expert and present our solutions to new and existing users.
  • Establish connections with potential customers through outbound calls, mailers, and other communication channels.
  • Maintain relationships with prospects and collaborate with teammates to close sales.
  • Manage databases and records of prospects in our CRM system.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and review daily funnels for improved productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development or relevant roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with hands-on experience in CRM handling and CTI.
  • Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach, able to learn quickly and stay passionate about sales.
  • Flexible schedule required.
  • Minimum graduation degree from a recognized university.

Experience: 0-4 years (preferably inside sales experience in Edtech)

Language Preference: English, Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)

Estimated Salary: ₹8.5 lakhs - ₹12.5 lakhs per annum, depending on location and performance.
