Broad Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through market research, networking events, and sales prospecting tools, ensuring a consistent flow of potential clients.
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable products or services, maintaining a strong understanding of customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business through exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, effectively communicating the value proposition to clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to position the company's offerings effectively and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and share market insights, fostering a cohesive and informed approach to sales and marketing efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring seamless communication and information sharing.
  • Address client questions, feedback, and objections in a timely and professional manner, upholding a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in regular sales training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales, is preferred, along with relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role, ideally in the relevant industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales processes, customer needs, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients and build strong relationships.
  • A goal-oriented approach, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time-management skills and strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
