Job Title: Head HR, REAPPL

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to assume the role of Head HR at our manufacturing facility.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and morale.
  • Address employee grievances through structured procedures.
  • Partner with functional heads to drive effective recruitment.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and capability-building programs.
  • Drive performance management processes and timely appraisals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data confidentiality.
  • Oversee plant administration and facilities management.
  • Act as a strategic partner in plant operations and change management.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.
  • 3-7 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.
  • Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance and contract workforce management.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to drive change.
