Drive Miror's Sales Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to spearhead our sales strategy across all channels. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy covering online platforms, quick commerce, and offline retail channels.
    • Align sales strategies with overall business objectives to maximize growth and profitability.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-oriented culture.
    • Provide mentorship and training to drive team success and individual professional growth.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets across all channels, leveraging innovative approaches and data-driven insights.
    • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand revenue streams.
  • Partnership Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including online platforms, retail partners, and quick commerce channels.
    • Negotiate contracts and partnerships to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor key sales performance metrics (KPIs) and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration Across Teams:
    • Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.
    • Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Market Research and Trends:
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences.
    • Adapt sales strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and overcome challenges.
  • CRM and Customer Retention:
    • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
