Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to collaborate with fast-growing e-commerce startups. The role will focus on developing and implementing HR processes, ensuring compliance, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and driving HR best practices in a dynamic startup environment.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic HR frameworks aligned with startup growth.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing and shortlisting to onboarding.
  • Design initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Establish performance management systems including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles.
  • Manage HR compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and benefits administration.
  • Guide founders and leadership teams on organization design and talent strategy.
  • Support training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, HRMS implementation, and data analytics.
  • Provide strategic HR insights for scaling the workforce while maintaining startup agility.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–12 years' HR experience, with strong exposure to startups or e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in setting up HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fractional/consulting capacity across multiple startups.
