Fractional HR Experts are sought after by fast-growing e-commerce startups in need of strategic human resources support.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement HR Strategies, processes, and systems tailored to the needs of scaling organizations.
  • End-to-end recruitment - sourcing, shortlisting, onboarding.
  • Design employee engagement initiatives fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
  • Establish performance management systems including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles.
  • Manage HR compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Advise founders and leadership teams on organization design and talent strategy.
  • Support training and development programs upskilling employees.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and HRMS implementation.
  • Provide strategic HR insights for workforce scaling while maintaining agility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–12 years' HR experience, with strong exposure to startups or e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in setting up HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fractional/consulting capacity across multiple startups.
