Human Resources Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with cutting-edge leaders and organizations shaping the global economy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dayforce HCM system implementation, configuration, and support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Dayforce HCM system in a global setup, configuring, implementing, and providing production/warranty support, as well as providing end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees.
The following skills and qualifications are required:
- Experience with Dayforce skill implementation, close to 2-12 years.
- Dayforce configuration and integration building, testing, and deployment.
- Designing and proposing effective workforce management solutions using Dayforce components, including organization design, job structure, roles, workflows, and entitlements.
- Familiarity with core payroll processes and configuration of HR, Payroll, Benefit, Onboarding, and Talent modules.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to lead multiple testing workstreams and stakeholder partnerships.
- Ideal experience with multiple Dayforce implementations.
- Dayforce certification is a plus.
