Financial Consultant Leader

As a Financial Consultant Lead, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their business objectives by leveraging your expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials and Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB).

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in functional consulting for Oracle EBS Financials and ORMB, with a strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and Oracle Financials Accounting Hub (FAH).

You will be responsible for configuring Oracle EBS Modules and Oracle RMB as per business needs, participating in Oracle EBS to Cloud migration or upgrade initiatives, and driving issue resolution and root cause analysis across Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business cycles.

In addition, you will work closely with business and technology managers to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements. Your proficiency in writing Functional Design Documents and mapping business requirements, gap analysis, and preparation of Functional/Technical Design documents will be valuable assets in this role.

• Act as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS (SME) Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Stock Ledgers) and Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) modules
• Possess hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12, with strong knowledge of Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) functionalities, configuration, and testing.
• Configure Oracle EBS Modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) and Oracle RMB (Billing, Contracts, Pricing, Rating, Invoicing) as per business needs
• Participate in Oracle EBS to Cloud migration or upgrade initiatives (Preferred)
• Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis across Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business cycles

Configuration and Testing: Configure Oracle EBS Modules and Oracle RMB as per business needs, with a focus on functionality, configuration, and testing.

Migration and Upgrade: Participate in Oracle EBS to Cloud migration or upgrade initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.

Issue Resolution: Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis across Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business cycles, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills.

Business Requirements: Collaborate with business and technology managers to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements, leveraging proficiency in writing Functional Design Documents.

Functional Consulting Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in functional consulting for Oracle EBS Financials and ORMB, with a strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and Oracle Financials Accounting Hub (FAH).

Oracle EBS Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12, including strong knowledge of Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) functionalities, configuration, and testing.
