Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in transaction advisory engagements.
  • Perform financial due diligence on behalf of companies and private equity firms.
  • Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze company data to identify financial trends and potential liabilities.
  • Write reports to present findings to clients.
  • Work with Management and Managing Directors to advise on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
  • Interface with senior executives of clients and target companies.
  • Manage team responsibilities and consult with Managers, Directors and Managing Directors.
  • Work on multiple projects and develop relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable work experience including experience in audit or transaction advisory services.
  • Licensed CPA/equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications.
  • Possess a drive and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize assignments.
