
Regional Pharmaceutical Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to drive sales strategy, execute product management strategies, gather customer feedback, and provide crucial insights for new product development. The ideal candidate will establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, monitor competitor information, and understand prescription trends within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business goals, executing product management team's strategies, analyzing market trends, consulting with doctors on new product potential, and relaying feedback to the product management team.
- Responsible for promoting new products, executing marketing strategies, monitoring primary and secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies, ensuring accomplishment of doctor and product-specific sales objectives.
- Focus on customer relationship management, establishing strong connections, addressing queries promptly using Infoginip, classifying customers based on potential, determining meeting frequency accordingly, and tracking return on investment per customer to foster a loyal customer base.
- Meet Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Key Business Leader (KBL) frequently, pursue them to conduct Continuing Medical Education (CME) with the company, collect interest areas of key customers and hospitals, and conduct CMEs on those topics.
- Prepare product matrices depending on doctors' potential and preference, decide which product fits their needs, update data on chemists, doctors, and Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) through palm top to Unnati portal to ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest information.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate with science background.
- Minimum Work Experience: 6 months of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and marketing.
- Experience in implementing and analyzing sales and marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
