Job Title: Financial and Tax Compliance Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices, encompassing GAAP, IND AS, and relevant regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in managing day-to-day GST & TDS compliance-related matters.
  • Proven track record in preparing GST-related workings for the purpose of filing GST returns.
  • Experience in overseeing GST Annual audits and preparing all relevant GST reconciliations.
  • Leadership role in supervising daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, General Ledger, Accounts receivable, payroll etc.
  • Guarantee adherence to all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Balance Sheet, Income statements, cash flow statements etc.
  • Excellence in preparing monthly MIS reports.
  • Development of financial plans and budgets, monitoring performance against budget, and analysis of variances.
  • Collaboration with external auditors to share required audit data for successful audit execution.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding regarding accounting for Inventory and Fixed Assets.
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance. Preference given to candidates with a CA certification.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
