- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess dealer performance against set goals and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Market Engagement: Conduct regular market visits to maintain strong relationships with dealers and ensure brand visibility.
- Competitive Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on competitor activity and identify opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
- Credit Control: Manage timely collection, billing, and credit control processes with dealers.
- Tactical Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless inventory, logistics, marketing, and customer service support.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance dashboards to stakeholders.
