Business Development Manager Job Opportunity

Shakti Pumps Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.

  5. Employee Development: Bring out the best in branch personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation to enhance their skills and performance.
  6. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  7. Customer Satisfaction: Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation and build strong relationships.
  8. Professional Ethics: Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws to uphold the company's integrity.
  9. Networking: Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company by building strategic partnerships and alliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all operational aspects of the branch.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (UG: Any Graduate).
  • Postgraduate degree preferred (PG: Any Postgraduate).
  • Proven track record in business development and sales management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
