Shakti Pumps Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.
- Leadership Role: Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales to achieve business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans to ensure the company's long-term success.
- Performance Management: Meet goals and metrics by effectively managing budgets and allocating resources.
- Employee Development: Bring out the best in branch personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation to enhance their skills and performance.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation and build strong relationships.
- Professional Ethics: Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws to uphold the company's integrity.
- Networking: Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company by building strategic partnerships and alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all operational aspects of the branch.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales growth and expansion.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (UG: Any Graduate).
- Postgraduate degree preferred (PG: Any Postgraduate).
- Proven track record in business development and sales management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
