- Assume responsibility for managing the growth of our bank’s value through strategic relationship-building and cross-selling opportunities.
- Generate fee income from trade, retail, and business banking relationships, while expanding wealth management product sales to clients.
- Acquire high-value customer accounts from within our group and increase customer-to-group and product-to-group ratios in our portfolio.
- Focus on deepening and up-selling key relationships to achieve business targets across various products, including cash management, trade finance, and wealth management.
- Maintain exceptional client service standards and rigor in managing relationships.
- Develop a thorough understanding of transactional and commercial banking products.
- Drive superior product and process innovation for sales and service to premier clients, providing necessary feedback to enhance product development.
- Seek references from existing clients to generate new prospect lists for acquiring business from non-customers.
- Provide a distinct customer experience that supports our bank's value proposition and ensures retention of business customers.
- Cross-sell value-added products such as trade finance, cash management, payment gateway solutions, doorstep banking, working capital/loan facilities, and family SA services.
- Understand and maintain details regarding the nature of business and business model to extract existing and potential opportunities, as well as any potential risks.
- Position our value proposition linking benefits to the customers’ key business requirements/issues and ensure effective communication.
