The Role: International Business Manager (Frozen Food)

This full-time position involves overseeing international business operations, managing global partner relationships, developing market expansion strategies, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales and growth in international markets, leveraging your expertise in international business development, market expansion, and partner relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage relationships with global partners, suppliers, and distributors
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
  • Foster collaboration between departments to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international business development, market expansion, and partner relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus

What We Offer:

Competitive salary ranging from ₹1,200,000 to ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
