Job Title: Market Growth Specialist

Job Description:

As a Market Growth Specialist, you will drive business expansion through strategic planning, customer engagement, and cross-selling activities to achieve sales objectives.

  • Develop a sales strategy for assigned markets by identifying potential clients, forecasting market trends, and understanding customer requirements.
  • Monitor sales targets at the market level on a weekly basis, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to sales budget at the market level.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities from multiple channels, developing a pursuit plan and negotiating terms with clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize product specifications, payment terms, and timelines with clients, obtaining approval from the Reporting Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, resolve queries, and provide swift resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for integrated solutions, involving motors/automation products systems, and report to the Reporting Managers.
  • Ensure customer specifications are documented and forwarded to the relevant department.
  • Liaise with operations teams to execute orders within predefined timelines and criteria.
  • Communicate changes in order specifications to concerned departments and ensure timely dispatch of goods to clients' sites.
  • Ensure collections from clients as per contractual agreements.
  • Manage policies/procedures to enhance response quality, minimize response time to customer queries, and provide required support.
  • Lead establishment of service centers or partner agencies for quick after-sales service.
  • Provide technical support to customers on after-sales related issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints within predefined timelines.
  • Supervise customer interaction activities, logging updates in appropriate systems.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries/issues during finalization/execution/post-execution sales.
