Job Description

We are looking for a Growth Marketer who can identify, validate, and scale marketing channels to drive growth. This role involves designing and running structured growth experiments across various channels, analyzing performance data, and developing messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and run experiments to identify high-performing marketing channels.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize channel allocation and resource utilization.
  • Develop targeted messaging and positioning to engage with U.S.-based SMBs in the fitness and health industry.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals.
  • Build playbooks for repeatable demand generation engines.
  • Provide strategic guidance on transitioning experiments into dedicated channels and specialist hires.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in growth/demand gen roles, preferably in B2B SaaS with a focus on SMBs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Meta/Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • A generalist mindset with the ability to run experiments across multiple channels.
  • A proven track record of driving growth in previous roles.
