Data Modeling Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled PostgreSQL database architect to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust database solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Advanced Postgres SQL expertise, including query writing, CTEs, window functions, indexing, and optimization techniques.
  • Data modeling skills, with a focus on star schema design, facts, and dimensions.
  • Semi-structured data handling expertise, including JSON and JSONB in Postgres.
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools, such as Airbyte.
  • Experience in preparing data for dashboards, preferably using Tableau.
  • Data validation and QA checks expertise, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
