We are seeking an experienced Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of Data Movement and Data Reliability services
  • Leverage Change Management processes to drive end-to-end delivery of projects and activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with ISO standards
  • Support platform users through maintenance activities, security patching, and database upkeep
  • Perform regular self-audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
  • Provide 24/7 support for incidents and problems related to supported applications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in L0, L1, and L2 support modes
  • Ability to work in 24/7 on-call rotations
  • Familiarity with UIP pipeline creation and BPP pipeline creation
  • Proficiency in resolving security and compliance-related bugs
