Business Development Lawyer

We seek a seasoned attorney with expertise in corporate law, IT services and consulting to provide strategic legal guidance and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and vendor agreements.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, employment and regulatory matters.
- Support business teams in client negotiations and facilitate smooth deal closures.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, IT laws and international regulations.
- Manage legal risks and offer strategic advice to leadership.
- Liaise with external counsel for litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.
- Support drafting policies, processes and compliance frameworks for global operations.
- Conduct internal training sessions on compliance and legal best practices.
- LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably in IT services or consulting organizations.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with international clients.
- Familiarity with data privacy, intellectual property, labor and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
