Regional Leadership Opportunity

This is a unique chance to spearhead our sales operations in the West Zone. As a Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales operations across multiple sectors, including law firms, corporations, educational institutions, and government agencies.
  • Manage the entire sales process – prospecting, demonstrations, negotiations, and closures.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to Relationship Managers, monitor their performance, and help develop their skills.
  • Conduct training sessions at educational institutions and engage with clients throughout the region through regular visits.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our offerings.
  • Enhance our brand value by establishing strong relationships with key partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in SaaS/Software/Online sales.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end sales & revenue generation.
  • Experience in the legal sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ambitious attitude with exceptional closing skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the West Zone.
