Job Description

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive agency business growth in the western zone.Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and operational targets.Monitor and analyse business performance, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including agents and partners.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies within the zone.Identify and implement initiatives to improve market share and profitability.Drive recruitment, training, and development of agency managers and agents.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Zonal Head West - Agency should have:

Proven expertise in the life insurance industry, particularly in agency channel management.Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large teams.Deep understanding of the western zone market dynamics and customer preferences.Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.Ability to build and nurture professional relationships with stakeholders.Educational qualifications in a relevant field such as business or insurance.
