Job Title: Key Business Development Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our business development efforts in the Delhi NCR region. As a Key Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and ensuring the long-term profitability of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding market share.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
