About the Opportunity

This role offers an exciting chance to work in a fast-paced environment, handling collections and customer interactions.

  • Responsibilities include making outbound and inbound calls to customers, following up on overdue accounts, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks, provide timely updates, and escalate issues when necessary.

Key Skills:

  • A minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO voice process, preferably in collections or customer service.
  • A strong command of spoken English with a neutral or US/UK accent.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
