Accounts Receivable Collector

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our dynamic team in the Accounts Receivable (AR) department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to healthcare providers and payers to collect outstanding balances.
  • Analyzing and resolving denial claims, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve collection goals.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, applying knowledge to improve collections.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in AR Collection (US Healthcare - mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Denial Management & AR Analysis.
  • Ability to work in night shifts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
