Job Role:

A UK Visa Specialist is required to guide and support students who wish to pursue higher studies in the UK. The role ensures students receive accurate information, smooth documentation, and complete assistance from inquiry to visa approval.

About the Role:

  • The specialist will be responsible for handling first-level counseling for UK study inquiries, including eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs.
  • The specialist will explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklists to ensure students understand the process.
  • The specialist will provide guidance on education loans, fee payments, and scholarship options to support students in achieving their goals.
  • The specialist will convert inquiries into registered students by providing accurate information and assistance throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and verify documents from students, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Submit files for document assessment via partner systems and follow up with partners for offer letters and any delays.
  • Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and foreign exchange guidance to ensure a smooth application process.
  • Assist in preparing CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) documents and submitting final visa applications through partner systems.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills in English and an additional language (e.g., Hindi or Gujarati).
  • Knowledge of the UK study system, including intakes, tuition fees, and scholarships.
  • Organized approach to documentation and timelines, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain financial requirements clearly and provide guidance on education loans and fee payments.
  • Polite, patient, and student-focused demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in counseling, customer service, or administration preferred, but not required.
