Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ITSM tool implementation and customization.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to design Functional Design Documents.
  • Work with the team to implement and deliver applications in a fast-paced agile project environment.
  • Participate in discussions with clients and business stakeholders to refine test and debug programs to meet business needs.
  • Ensure tool configuration consistency across development stage testing sandbox and production environments.
  • Provide strong support to ensure projects are on track and collaborate effectively with other ITSM administrators.

  • Cherwell ITSM, DataDog, Flexera One, ScienceLogic, ServiceNow FSM, ServiceNow ITAM-HAM, ServiceNow ITOM-ServiceMapping, SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor, Splunk, Vmware-vrealize-automation - Administration
