Job Title : ITSM Tool Architect

About the Role: This position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of an IT service management (ITSM) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Lead:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain the ITSM platform using Fresh Service solutions and customization based on business requirements.
    • Work with the team to design and deliver applications in a fast-paced agile project environment.
  • Business Analyst:
    • Participate in discussions with business analysts and design functional design documents.
    • Collaborate with system administration and key stakeholder teams to analyze and understand requirements and transform them into valid solutions.
  • Senior Engineer:
    • Assist in the configuration, development, and support of the ITSM platform.
    • Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions to ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place for a reliable and reproducible development-production environment.
