About the Role

The Senior HRIS Manager oversees key activities in support of the HRIS SAP Success Factors system. This encompasses system administration, problem resolution, HR reporting, analysis of business & system processes, and new system or functionality implementation.

Key responsibilities include owning the administration of Success Factors including configuration, testing, role security, and troubleshooting. Additionally, project managing during system implementations and ensuring projects and tasks are completed as assigned.

  • Configuration and setup of Success Factors for optimal performance.
  • Project manage during system implementations to ensure successful execution.
  • Documenting configuration process and key decisions in support of change management and communications.
  • Leading UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during implementations and escalating feedback to implementation team.
  • Configuring live sites in preparation for go live.
  • Providing regional end user support on data entry procedures, system navigation, and reporting.
  • Analysing HR functional business & system processes and recommending improvements to meet business needs.
  • Ensuring data standards through automation, set up of preventative controls, data audits, and working with the business for corrections.
  • Establishing and maintaining business and compliance reports and dashboards for leaders.
  • Building competence of users for accessing/reviewing data.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

  • System testing and troubleshooting skills.
  • Degree qualified or relevant experience.
  • Experience as a SuccessFactors administrator.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS structure, functions, and processes.
  • Familiarity with Success Factors modules.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Desirable:

  • Release cycle management.
  • Creating and delivering system training.
  • Process documentation.
  • Implementation of HRIS and/or integration of HRIS with other systems.
