
Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative professional to join our dynamic team in the digital marketing space. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day office administration tasks, maintaining records, documentation, and filing systems, and coordinating with internal departments for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day office administration tasks including correspondence, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations, including HR, finance, and marketing.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding activities, including employee orientation and training.
- Handle HR operations, including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee data management.
- Assist in basic finance tasks, such as billing, invoicing, and petty cash management.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing and budget tracking.
- Provide scheduling and administrative support to senior management.
- Act as a point of contact for client communication and relationship management.
- Assist in client onboarding and maintain client databases.
- Support the marketing team in social media planning and execution.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with social media marketing platforms and tools.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR and recruitment processes, including laws and regulations.
- Budgeting and financial management skills, including cost control and analysis.
