Strategic HR Leadership Role

This position is responsible for driving business results through effective human capital management. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.

  • Lead data analysis efforts, generating detailed reports and maintaining key HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to ensure cohesive and effective human capital management.
